What is the security deposit? The $100 deposit is charged today as part of your total. After you return the vehicle and it passes inspection, the deposit is refunded within 48 hours. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the refund.
When is the deposit kept? Only if deductions apply — fuel shortfall, toll charges, late fees, or unreported damage. If any amount is deducted, you'll receive an itemized receipt and have 24 hours to dispute any charge at support@driveonhtx.com.
